- Do members log in?
- Not on Counter or Society. Staff use Daybook; members keep a passbook and a receipt. Member portal and wallet sit on the Beyond plan.
- Can we add a fourth loan product?
- Not on Counter or Society. Three covers a business loan, school fees, and an emergency for most counters.
- Does mobile money connect to the phone company?
- On Counter and Society you record the channel as mobile money. The transfer still happens on the phone. Live USSD and wallet rails sit on Beyond.
- Can we leave?
- Yes. The price is month to month. Your rows stay yours.
